If you enjoy long wait times for mediocre pizza then definitely come here and enjoy the nonexistent service!
RecommendedI Just had a so-called deep dish pizza delivered. This was the worst pizza that I've ever had. The dough, yes dough not crust was 2-3 inches thick, there was a thin layer of tomato paste with no taste at all. There was no cheese and the very litter that was on there was not even covering the whole pizza. The mushrooms were not fully cooked. Basically I just had corn bread with bland tomato paste on top. I will never eat from there again.
There are no words to describe their deep dish pizza. Oh wait, there is: Orgasmic #foodgasm
This place had by far the best pizza in Chicago, however the customer service stinks. I was there last night and "checked in" on facebook commenting how amazing the food was but lack of customer service. I was shocked to see how many people replied to me with the same thoughts. Its a shame, but I will definitely visit to location in Morton Grove to see if there service is better. Ordered a pizza, was told it would be 25 minutes. Upon time arrival, we had to wait 30 minutes to get our pizza. Our server was terrible, never checked on us once, no refills etc, pizza was beyond burnt, so much for the wait.
If I could give 0 stars I certainly would!!! Great pizza, crappy customer service and terrible manager! Please help your staff Pequod's......a few need some training!
I had a friend who told me this was the best pizza in the city. I hate Chicago so this claim meant nothing to me. I was proven to be a cynical douche bag very quickly. I was splayed. This was the best pizza I have had in ages, and certainly the best deep dish pizza I've ever had. I will recommend this to everyone I know.
