Stopped in driving through having vehicle problems on a vehicle I didn't even buy there. They got me right in, figured out it was a recall causing my problems. They had everything needed to fix my truck as well as do another recall! I was out of there before noon the same day! These guys are great, with very friendly service dept! A place I would trust my wife to take her vehicle to for repairs, no bs, just great service!
I'm on my 5th vechicle from Peppers (I apparently trade a lot). They are fabulous there. Love the service, after care and will keep returning. Salesman named Raymond made it painless and manager Daron is always so helpful. Won't go anywhere else.

Service department is good. The used car sales are horrible. Whoever writes those annoying commercials needs to be throat chopped. Not only are they annoying but they rip off The Dr.Pepper commercials in an unflattering way. That's enough to keep me from doing business there. Hire an advertising company and quit letting family or whomever write that crap. It really puts me out having to change the station and many of my friends feel the same way.
Don't have the dodge ram but the terrain we got fro m them is super great !! love it an Peppers stand behind their vehicles an give you great service also they have beautiful nice very clean business an super nice an helpful people friendly atmosphere an a very comfortable lounge for you wait in while they service your vehicle not to mention great coffee!! an snacks too !!!!!
