My husband drove a hour to have his radio checked after had spoken to someone last week about it and they told him to bring it by sometime to get it checked. So he went Friday morning and got there and they told him that he had to have an appt. I understand being busy but according to my husband the guy didn't even try to accommodate him after driving that far. Bad customer service. I’m on my second truck from them both have had nothing but problems and they have done nothing to fix them had an appointment today drove an 1.5 hours one way for them to tell me they can’t do anything to it to Carry it to another dealer not a good place to do business with
I took my 2018 Jeep Compass, still under factory warranty (bumper to bumper and powertrain) to Peppers for hard-shifting and a drivetrain tans issue as well as a light on the dash about the auto start/stop, and told them what was going on. I dropped it off at 12:30 for my 1pm appointment, then about an hour later, had a family emergency and asked when they would be done / if I could leave it and come pick it up afterwards. Awful service and recently done a family friend very wrong!
RecommendedThe GPS went out in our jeep with only 26,000 miles on it. Due to its age it was out of warranty, they don’t cover radios after three years. Peppers gave us a name and number to call and Chrysler replaced it and Peppers installed it all free of charge!
I highly recommend buying a new or used car from here. Noel and James took really good care of my family and myself. They made sure we left happy.
Our buying process for our new truck was GREAT. Thank you Noel and staff. Service department was wonderful with our first servicing. Very informative, and was a very nice comfortable area with coffee etc.. for you to wait. Will do business with again. Oh by the way, a lifetime warranty on most of your vehicles is a GREAT GREAT plus. Way to go guys!!!
The service is amazing! The service manager worked to ensure my van was repaired for me by Christmas and even stayed after they closed on Christmas Eve waiting on me to pick it up! Thank you !!!!
