The lady in the service department is very rude. As soon as I came in she began with her bad attitude against my company's fleet program. She tried over and over again to run me off by her attitude. My van is new and qualifies for free maintenance so it's required to be taken care of by the dealership. Believe me if I could have went any where else for the oil change I would have.
