Last week we checked in to the Peppermill in Reno. They only had Smoking Optional rooms available. They told us that if we got to the room and it was bad they’d bring an air purifier and an ozone machine and clean it. We went up to the room. It was bad. Reallllly bad. For Casino it was alright you know but it's just Casino prices. The amenities and the atmosphere and restaurants are all quality

Had the worst Reflexology service ever . 10 minutes of massage on each foot all below ankle . And ... Done �. The bed was the best part . Comfortable and warm but I didn’t pay $75.00 to lay in a heated bed. I do not recommend.
Completely enjoyed my time there. My only wish was that the indoor pool was bigger and had more reclining chairs.

Perfect for small to medium conventions. Unfirtunately the food options were atrocious. From terrible room service. To stale fries. My complaint to cafe milano about my cold fries and miscooked burger went without any sort of response. Room service takes near an hour to bring up poorly made food The casino wascreasibwbly priced but we ended uo walking to wendys to get any decently cooked food. We stayed here for a convention for 6 days. Had to ask on two of them to get water and towels in room as housekeeping skipped our roo... read more
