The peppermill is a beautiful place however they are sketchy when it comes down to charging you watch out with the extra fees after you check out! Make sure you ask for your receipt upfront and check it so they don't hit you with surprise charges!
Best Birthday day weekend! We had a blast playing slots! Great staff and friendly service at all the restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!

I liked this place. Besides having someone authorizing my credit card without my consent. It was a nice friendly place. Room was clean. Room service was very expensive but food was great.

Gorgeous casino and resort. Amazing elegant spa. Great dining. The only drawback is that one of their two pools and hot tubs are closed seasonally and only open in the summer. So it makes for a crowded swimming hot tub situation. I recommend the dinner buffet. Also recommend doing a spa day. If you purchase any spa service you get access to the spa all day long. We will be back. We had a blast. Peppermill was the nicest casino that we visited on our trip by far!!!

Schools have been on Spring Break over the past two weeks, which means more families have been staying with us lately. Not the best experience at this property. Probably best to try to forget it because there would be too many negatives to post. Also, it should be noted that, while they TALK about “five star” service, they are NOT OFFICIALLY a “Five Star” rated property, which is incredibly misleading, as their standards are DEFINITELY NOT “Five Star”.

It was really relaxing. Andrea was wonderful and knowledge able. I felt refreshed and relaxed. This was my second time here and won't be my last. I do recommend staying a few hours and experiencing all that the facilities has to offer.
