Rooms are big, nice and clean to my eyes, nice furniture and decoration too. The personal working on the front desk was kind and friendly but very unfair because when I did my reservation online we paid for 3 family rooms in the tuscany tower, with 2 king beds on each one, also non-smoking rooms, but when we arrived the man at the front desk said we had 2 options. First. get the room with 2 king beds (it was what we paid for it) but will be smoking rooms. (We requested non-smoking) Second option . Get 1 king bed and small ro... read more

We loved our stay. Customer service was excellent. Food was great (but not cheap). Room clean and beautiful. Never staying anywhere else in Reno.

Last night was our first night staying at the Peppermill Spa & Resort Hotel and I have lived here for over 12 years. We absolutely loved it. Nothing but an amazing experience when we got there. We even got 100$ taken off our room for being locals! We will definitely be back in the not so distant future. �

Absolutely love everything about Peppermill. Three years ago I went to Reno searching for a chapel to get married at and I looked at the two where the reno sign was and I was highly disappointed. So we went to our hotel which was circus circus and my mother called and said drive to Peppermill they have a chapel so we did and as soon as we walked in our mouths were wide opened because of how beautiful this resort is so we knew right away that the chapel would be gorgeous and it sure was.
