The worst service!!!!!! What do you expect from a corporation! The service manager is miserable. The employees don't know what they're doing. Google how many thefts from vehicles there are from Pep Boys employees and you'll have an idea of what these people are like. Even as a convenience, it's NOT worth it. Trust me.
