4:22 in the afternoon and they can't do an oil change. Any time I call they NEVER can do an oil change, why should today be any different.
2 hrs to get 2 tires put on my vehicle. Very nice people, did a nice job. At 5 pm most of the mechanics went home left one guy behind working on three cars bad management

Was told 45 minutes, still here 3 1/2 hrs later! The worst, I'm so furious. Save yourself half a day and go to a gas station for inspection. I should have checked the horrible reviews first.
Never again. Oil change, checked it. It's a 1/2 quart low. Tire rebalance ( bought it a week ago from them ) more vibration now. Check Engine light still on. And a brand new noise!! Was my parting gift for using them.

My husband just took our car to the Bay Shore location today for an inspection, to change the battery and to replace a tail light bulb. He waited 5 hours. These services never take this long. Every time he looked through the window no one was working on his car and they were all wasting time smoking.
