Had an inspection appointment at 10am yesterday, called to see if it was ready at 2pm, they said its next in line. Went to the store at 3:30pm to see if its ready and they said the inspection guy left at 3pm. They told me come back first thing tomorrow morning, and gave me a hand written note with "Free Oil Change" for my compensation. Came to the store at 8:45am, no one showed up until 9:30am when the store opens at 9am, waiting for a half hour. what's the point of an appt? when I dropped my truck for an 11am appt I heard the guy in front of me get told it wasn't busy and they can get him in and it wouldn't be long. I asked when they would be taking me because I had a ride to take me back and forth he said one car was ahead of me. I called at 230 guy said to me they are swamped with people needing services before holiday weekend. WTF!!! NOT WHAT WAS SAID EARLIER. Every time I come here I wind up waiting hours and hours on end even with a appointment.
brought my truck in at 930am and its 630pm and my truck still isn't looked at.. why?????
