Pep Boys in Providence, RI are excellent! They truly understand customer service. I brought in a wheel bearing needing to be pressed out of a stearing knuckle but had no shop press with which to do the job. The folks a Pep Boys pressed the bearing out free of charge. And, they were short handed because of the upcoming holiday. I was also given a 20% discount on some brake parts I had tried to order online for an instore pick up.
