I had good service there yet now sent they fired the service mgr there off 256 S Atlantic Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90022 store I m not going back,aleast he give good service and know what u needed with out ripping u off,maybe that y they fired alex,now everyone listen boycott pep boys now and they listen to us
Horrible! ! I took my truck for oil change and they tighten the nut to the point that if they took it out it was gonna break the oil pan..not only that they said that if they fix it it was gonna cost me $600..Not only they fucked up my truck they didn't even took responsibility for what they did...
I haven't even gotten the repair done yet and I'm not happy. If I wake up at 7 AM and show up at your door at 8 AM and I have an appointment, also I'm the first person you let in the door, then I expect to be helped first. Not you help some other guy that came in another door after me for five minutes. I almost left and probably should have, as now 20 minutes went by my car is still sitting there. Coffee is old, waiting room is crappy
