I would leave 0 if I could. I made an appointment with a confirmation number, all I needed was a tire repair, 15 minutes tops, Scott told my boyfriend that the appointment didn’t exist, despite my confirmation, and was eating crackers the entire time talking to him. My boyfriend is hard of hearing and had to repeatedly ask him to speak up. RecommendedDebbie and Jen are the best here at the 135 Christiana road location in new castle Delaware I recommend them both they are very knowledgeable and overall have me the best service that I can ask for and are very reasonable when it comes to pricing I had purchased 4 new tires and only needed to get rear brakes and rotors and didn’t need fronts done and alignment overall great job
Poor service. I went to have my tire pressure check. I waited for an our to find out that no one had even checked my car. This is around 6:45pm and they will close at 8pm. Unacceptable!!! Terrible service.

there a rip off ac check 29.00 dollars then they charge labor of 18.00 to put freon in then charge for the dye and something they make it confusing on receipt. then one time they charge husband $2000 dollars to put brakes front and rear and master cylinders and whatever other crap they charged him for and he has dementia so he told them to do it supposedly only one back one needed master cylinder but they charged him for 2 . and the prices are outrageous will never go there ever again

I had an appointment at noon to have two tires put on. They told me it would take 2 hours. I'm sitting here 5 hours later still waiting on my car. The staff is unfriendly and unapologetic.
Trash! Attitudes are horrible. First time came for front brakes and they told me I needed rotors all around. Fine. Had me sit for 2 FUC%ing hours just to tell me they waiting on my approval. We will give you a free oil change. Then they put the cheap sh*T in my jeep! Talking about your car can take pre synthetic but I came in for synthetic, why offer to do it free!!!?
