Oct 25, 2022 asked them to replace 2 rear tires with low noises rated tires on my convertible Mercedes. What I got were light truck/SUV tires. They might be quiet on a truck but not a convertible car. $770 wasted!
RecommendedWent to them for a full synthetic oil change. CarAdvise made them the cheapest. Staff was friendly, helpful, and cared. I was having a bad day, didn’t let them know, but they made it better with how quick they were and with how kind they were. Would highly recommend this place. I’m just said that the retail area is gone now. More of my childhood disappearing.
Made an appt to have new tires put on. Waited two hours and then asked how much longer the wait would be. My car wasn’t even taken back to be worked on after waiting two hours past my appt time. I wasn’t even informed of the wait time until I asked. Poor communication and poor customer service.
In my recent and past experience with this location, they are not only service oriented, they are committed to just doing the right thing. A great quality in today's world!
We had a HORRIBLE experience at Mavis today…..my husband called Pep Boys. They were very polite on the phone, had the tires in stock, took my Husband right away, much better waiting room and were more than 200$ less than our quote at other places! I’m thinking we found our new tire dealer! Thank you!
Janet at PepBoys and her Reduced Sunday crew took care of my family’s emergency tire need today! A huge bulge the size of a softball appeared on the drivers side front tire. My daughter got an oil change on a Thursday evening here and Friday evening/Saturday morning she noticed her oil light come on. Her dad checked it and there was not a drip of oil in her car! Instead of taking responsibility for cracking the oil housing unit, they dug deep to come up with all sorts of excuses why this was a pre-existing problem. My husband booked an oil change/tire rotation. Twice now, they’ve “overbooked” and told us we could leave the car and it would be done in a few days. The best part was, we bought tires from them 13 months ago (4 Kumo’s brand new) and we’ve gotten a tire rotation through them 2x since instillation.
