The wait for an inspection and an oil change is beyond acceptable...4 hours!! oil change today 2.5 hours..No acceptable

Went at 4:30 for inspection. The front desk guy was courteous. But I was there till 7 pm. For 2 hours my car was on the back to have the rudest technician coming out and without even looking at me just stated “without wipers won’t pass inspection “ won’t be back. No need the long wait or technicians who think they are ALL THAT.
My fourth time at this location! Paid $200 for brakes. My brakes have been squeaking ever since. No one can seem to tell me what’s wrong with them. The guy I spoke to today whose name I will be getting had nerve to tell me that I shouldn’t have driven it for a month before bringing it back. been sitting in here for almost 1hr if i didnt ask whats going on twice...they would have kept walking by me! i feel like you should update the customers on whats going on
had a horrible time here the managed to break a part wile fixing one a 3 hr job turned into a 24 hr job and on tob of that i have to wait 3 days for them to order the part that they broke. Horrible service
