So am i the only one who thinks when you PAY for next day shipping my items should arrive the NEXT day, because apparently Pep Boys thinks its ok to charge you for next day shipping and make you wait 3 days then have the audacity to make every excuse under the sun NOT to return your money. Shipping was free for 3 day delivery, so please stop trying to make excuses and do the honorable thing, return my shipping fee. Pep boys corporate
I went it for work The guy omar that works there was very helpful and understanding It did take all day but I really didn't mind at all My car was fix and that what mattered to me
I dropped my car off at 4pm for an oil change and they said it would not take that long and they would call me. 7pm is when they close I am still sitting waiting for my vehicle and it has not even gone into the garage. There were multiple people working and just left one worker here to take care of the rest of the jobs and left him. This company is a mess and this is the 2nd time I had this experience. I would not send anyone here.

Thanks pep boys for wasting my entire day and costing me clients. I made a early appointment to get my car inspected, then hadn't heard from you so called at 6pm and was told to come at 630. I ended up standing in your store for the next hour and a half with people walking by me telling me some bs about why it was taking so long. 10 hours later I was finally in my car driving home. What a waste. I think I'll share this on my facebook page for my friends to see as well.
