Made an appointment for 2pm just have a brake light replaced. They said come back at 4. The guy in front of me also had an appointment, they asked him to come back tomorrow I won’t be going back there.

They don’t answer the phones. I’ve been trying to get an update on my car in for an inspection and oil change. I was there last night dropping my car off and the phones were ringing off the hooks then too. 2 people working, 3 walking around doing nothing Who’s supervising this dump.
Went in for an alternator and the wrench slipped out of the technicians hand causing more damage to my engine! One day later I am in the Pep Boys in Malvern because their temp fix is causing a loss of power to my engine. 🤨
Been taking my car to Pep boys for years. I get finished getting my Cadillac painted then took it to Pep boys to get inspected. Pick it up with my front bumper with a lot of damage. They said they aren't liable since it might of happened in the parking lot.
I had an appointment for state inspection when I got here they just told me they don't have anyone to perform it.... like(hey I left early work cuz this appointment) �
I arrived early for my appointment so I could look at the tires I wanted to purchase. From the first encounter with the sales staff I was told we are busy you should try another store . I asked why I had an appointment . I waited for 2 hours until The store was closing before they began to put my 4 new tires on . Since when does Pep Boys not do inspections during the week. We used to always bring our car in during the week as they are MUCH too BUSY on the weekends!
