I needed a new battery, filters and wipers. John answered the phone and was very courteous and patient. Upon arrival, I was serviced by Brian Varney. Talk about GREAT customer service! Please don't let him go, ever. He has people skills, was very knowledgeable, and exhibits outstanding customer service. He was honest and made sure that I didn't spend too much money. So, boyfriend goes in, one guy shooting the breeze about tires with another guy. No one else in sight. He puts his stuff down on the counter, waits literally five minutes, no one shows up to wait on him, and the only employee in sight doesn't ever acknowledge him standing there. No problem guys, we're next door at NAPA now, we'll just skip you all together next time. And those empty shelves all over the place? That's bad too, btw.
Called around 1pm looking for a new motorcycle battery- provided the part number and year, make & model. I was told there were two batteries available and that he would check the battery when I bring it in to determine which one would be the right fit. I brought in my battery and reiterated the year, make & model. He picks out the battery and compares it next to my old battery... I get home to find out the terminals were on the wrong side. I drive 40 mins to return it only to find out they don't even carry the battery I need... read more

cheaply rebuilt alternators that give a good charge but lack quality bearings. 5 days after install the bearings blew out.
Great service today! They stayed until after closing to fix my tire. Greatly appreciated!
