I stopped in on my drive home from Sugar loaf ski area to Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, I had slid off the road into a very deep ditch during the blizzard, and needed to have my vehicle checked to make sure it was safe for the long drive home. Not only did they fit in right away and put it up in the air to check it out, but they did not charge me at all for checking it. The guys at the counter were nice enough... No complaints about the customer service. But the girl who did my oil change, took over an hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous for a simple oil change. If it's going to be that long they should be giving customers a heads up - people have stuff to do. This really really set back my schedule today. No apology or anything. Last time I ever get any work here. If you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend it.
this doesn't even deserve 1 star. my rear brake pads were pretty much gone and i needed a hand to see if they could get my caliper piston down (they couldn't) and when i got my car back it sounded exponentially worse and to top it off, they torque lugs down so inconsistently i could get only 2/4 lugs off on one rear wheel and only 1/4 off on the other! learn to torque lugs correctly (there's a tool for that i know is in that shop). thanks for nothing but fucking up my car so i can't even fix it myself (since i can't afford t... read more
