Absolutely the worst place. Had tires put on our truck and they didn’t do an alignment, even tho they charged us for one. Breaking causes us to swerve drastically into oncoming traffic. So my husband has to drive all the way back down there for them to tell him “yeah, it was messed up. But we didn’t charge you this time so you’re all set”. Definitely a safety issue if you bring a car there. We shouldn’t have had to waste our time and gas to bring it back so they could fix their screw up!! Will send a message to Philadelphia at corporate office. Poor quality customer service. Takes advantage of customers and their knowledge of vehicles. Can't fix an ABS sensor that was broken and charge outrageous rates on other problems that had nothing to do with ABS. DOESN'T GIVE MY GIRLFRIEND BACK HER MONEY OR FIX THE PROBLEM AND MAKE IT BETTER THAN WHEN IT WENT IN. Instead made the vehicle in worse condition and not drivable.

Great service. Oh and Rob, if you want to save the company, Dont sell defective products. Ben did a great job on the brakes, and i hope they last, and even though we did not have enough, he worked with us anyways. Dont let coroprate greed run pep boys into the ground.

I have been going to this Pep Boys for a couple years. They have great tire prices, they are always honest, quick, and the service prices are reasonable.
