I have never felt so disrespected before in my entire life. The manager literally SCREAMED at me today. This man does not know how to treat his customers.
I was very well taken care of by Pep Boys at this location
Took my car there for a noise and the check the brakes. Told me I needed control arms and joints and struts and tie rods and the rotors resurfaced. To the tune of over 2400.00 dollars. I just had tie rods and ball joints in June. A true dealership gave me the REAL info on what I needed. See a female and think she will agree to anything.....buddy, I was only stupid when I let you look at my car. Never again.
Showed up early one of the first there, folks are friendly all I need is a flat repair. It took well over an hour. I have fixed and repaired flats myself, it doesn't take that long...Ever! I did not ask for a full diagnostic, why did I get one? I wanted a flat fixed and that was all. Well I got it, along with a diagnostic report.
Your service manager John did an excellent job and helped me out today. Really went above and beyond, so long as he is the manager I will make sure to come back. Thanks for all the help and I definitely appreciate it!
I went there two evenings in a row to get a flat fixed and was turned away. Ended up going to walmart and bought a new tire. Never again will I go to this Pep Boys. Manny, moe and jack of nothing.
