They bent my key and lied and said that I had to have done that , how could I when y’all had my key I wasted so much money when they had one simple job to look and see what my car issue was but instead they just tell you lies so you can pay more
I went here for an oil change and was lied to and told my car needed a 90$oil change because it was fully synthetic. I called the jeep dealership and they told me it was semi synthetic and it was 30$for an oil change. Dont go here!
worst customer service ever. my car was there for hours for an oil change but nobody was working in the shop.

Several days ago, I scheduled an appt. online to have a headlight bulb replaced -- should have been simple enough. I arrived on time for my appt and was told by the apathetic counter help that they don't have the bulb for my car after I drove halfway across the city for a scheduled appt with all of my vehicle information provided in advance. I went to the nearby WalMart auto center & they were able to replace it within 30 minutes and charged less than $20. Today, Pep Boys proved to me that they don't have a "customer first" ... read more
