My truck has been at Pep Boys for a week now and no phone call from the store manager. Not happy.
I was on my way back from Orlando, Florida when my coolant hose blew out making my Expedition run hot. I was able to drive it over to Pep Boys and when we told them we were from SC they went above and beyond to get us back on the road within an hour! Stellar service to say the least.
Thank you guys for getting the tire on my BMW when I didn't have the wheel lock and dealing with this crying mess. I was able to get home to NC & be at work this morning!!

Came in this morning to the Daytona Beach store with my car running rough. They jumped right on fixing it as I have my baby with me and right now my family is down to one vehicle. My car is currently being worked on, but even if for some weird reason they can't get it fixed here, I would still highly recommend these guys and they'll be my first stop every time I have vehicle issues.
Took my car to Pep Boys for routine oil change. While topping of fluids they left my radiator cap off causing damage to my engine. They refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake. They say they are going to have an insurance adjuster look at it but they cant come until the middle of May. Meanwhile I have no transportation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to them.
