They are the worst, they do shoddy work and overcharge you for repairs. I will never use them again. Lesson learned!
was out of.state had a tire issue. called and discussed the need. was told they could fix . arrived there and they decide they could not help. clearly a lug nut stud was not a job that pepboys should have a problem fixing. it was clear they just did not want to help. they sent us limping down the road to another location that also couldn't help. horrible service all around .
the guys at Pep Boys are amazing they're accurate and reasonable very trustworthy mechanics
