The service from the employees were outstanding epsicially 2-3 guys I believe there names were Richie, Ben & richard. I will always go to Pep Boys to spend my hard earn money!!

Yeah, I've seen the negative comments. You know the old saying about opinions... I'm going to post nothing but praises, for Eric and Alec! Two guys that took the time, the patience and made certain my vehicle and I were safe. I couldn't afford the entire repair, at one time. They did the most crucial repair, w/ advising to complete the rest very soon. Actually, my car drives & handles better since the day I bought it. Based on my experience with this store, I have to award them a factor of 1.6. That means whatever numeric value they give you (price, time), multiply by 1.6 to get the actual value. Otherwise, they seem to do good work.
I would not recommend going here at all! On our way out of state we had two tires thast needed replaced so we had to stop in. We were told it would be a 2 hour wait (we weren't thrilled but thought what choice do we have) 3 hours later!! We are still here waiting and they have only done one tire. The guy put the tire he just fixed back under the truck where the spare was and luckily we caught it as he was taking the spare off the rim to change that tire! Leaving the other bad tire still on.
