They sold my kid a rebuilt transmission on 3/3/30 for $2100+. It was still kinds flailing and they said to give it time! On 3/15 the world shut down and he didn’t drive for 3 months. Brought it in after that and was told the 90 day warranty was up, regardless of the Covid-19 shutdowns. They said that some hoses or whatever were loose, and they fixed that, for free. Told me I needed an almost $900 repair that wasn't true, and wanted over $500 for the parts while the same exact parts were available for me to pick up in their store for $165. Did end up spending $5 to inject some grease into a joint (needle for grease gun) just to be on the safe side, but there wasn't anything actually wrong with the vehicle. I also ended up losing a hubcap thanks to them not getting back on right after they rotated the tires. I won't be taking my car there again.
Had a flat last night, and have to get back to RI soon. We had a Disney day planned, so made an appt online and got in at 8am right at opening. They took me immediately and we were on the road to fun. Thanks, Mike, my Warwick RI bro 😉!

Rip off. Beware. I dropped off my vehicle in for a simple tire rotation, I soon got a phone call from Pep Boys saying that my front and rear brakes are shot and I need rotors and pads all around. Little did they know that I did my breaks less than 2 months before. They are trying to rip people off. Stay away. Dishonest !
