If I could give negative stars I would. Stopped by the Greece location to see if they could loosen my windshield wiper arm. I was having the winshield replaced and the other company could not get if off. Without even looking at my vehicle to diagnose the problem the guy tells me that the arm and the transmission cover had to be replaced which would cost $250. How do you know whats wrong when you never looked at my vehicle? STOP ROBBING PEOPLE!!!!��
Absolutely fucking terrible! They tell You one thing on the phone and another when you get there! I was quoted 80$ and made an appointment but when I got there my part was all of a sudden $108+tax and service and THEN the "assessed" the problem which I already knew which added on a 40$ fee and THEN told me everything would be over 300$. Like you guys are a joke! 80$ on the phone you told me! I am currently taking care of my one year old alone because my fiancé is out of town and I don't have money like that.
