No Covid protocol-Guy who cashed us out had NO mask on and the other employees were walking around with masks under their chins -completely useless ! As an immune compromised customer I found this disrespectful and without any regard for customer service during the pandemic. Not to mention when you ask a question they act like your bothering them .
Worse place to go, avoid at all cost!! Was told no cost estimate to see why my wiper on one side wouldn’t move- other side was fine, motor that drives them is fine.. just the arm wasn’t gripping the spindle that drives it.. I walk in for my appointment and before even looking at it they want 35$ to “tare the dash apart to do diagnostic tests”.... I’m like .. what??? RecommendedAmazing service with even better workers. New tire put on, I was in and out within 15 minutes. Highly recommend you ask for Joe if you’re ever at this location. 5 stars l will be going here from now on.
Every time my husband and I go in for a parts question, we are talked to like we have no idea what we are doing. As customers I felt belittled and they have no help to offer. Just went in looking for a bolt for a power steering line and the parts guy said he has no idea and has no idea to look it up. How does a part store have no way or looking up specific parts for a truck or car and then the look that we got when we questioned it. Poor customer service. It took over two hours to change two tires. No one kept us abreast of the why it was taking so long. Finally a young man told us they sold our tires by mistake and had to locate another two.
