Great customer service. Dealership couldn't Reset my TPMS for a week. Went to Pep Boys and the 1st machine couldn't do it, so they used different one and took the time to get it fixed, with no waiting! Will definitely be coming back!
The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the sweet lady that worked on the store side. She has been helpful everytime I go in. The service side was awful. Ordered tires Tuesday they told me that they would be in on Friday and they would put them on. Didn't say anything about and appointment. Arrived at 400 and didn't leave until 800 pm. They kept talking about appointments but no one came in but another lady. If you need some parts see the older lady, top notch service. If you need something worked on go somewhere else
My wife Had break repairs here. They installed only the most expensive life time parts on a 12 year old van, and in less than a week we had the exact same problem with smoke rolling off breaks. The first repair was over $700 (parts only ran $90 for me when I had to fix it myself so I could drive it down for the warantee repairs the following week) they tried charging me for the 2nd round of repairs, but the one good thing the manager only charged us $17 for labor. They were very nice guys and did everything they could to help me out.
They were frustrated and limited on time, but they did everything they could to get me on the road! In the end their hearts were big and the job was done quick. They made my experience one I will not soon forget!
