Do not take you vehicle to pepboys in Evansville indiana!! Took my 06 Dodge Durango to get new tires, oil change, and a alignment! This is what they done to our oil pan to try to fix it after they broke the bolt off on the inside of the oil pan! They are not willing to reimburse me for the price of the new oil pan and shop fees to fix it! They also left the tire lug nuts lose on both passinger side tires! Please share this to get the word out abought this poorly operated bissness!
Worst shop "manager" ever on 1/26/20. Went by at 130pm to get a tire plugged and the guy told me to come back at 3 and they'd get it fixed. Came back at 3 and sat...and sat...walked outside 2 different times and he's out there on his phone. Shop was NOT busy but it was clear they were gonna milk the clock until closing time. Finally, at 4pm after an hour of sitting i told him i needed the keys back i couldn't continue to sit there and he gives me the keys back. Even though it was one hour before close and they only had one technician on duty, they installed a new battery in my 2010 Journey. One might not think that is a big deal, but it required removing the drivers side steer wheel and tire, pulling back the splash guard,which was held on with zip ties, to remove and replace the battery. Then they had to put it all back together. Order parts and get everything but the main part I really needed. Now had to order from someone else and it’s going to be a few more days my car is down. I was a first time client. Won’t buy another thing from them
