Twice I've come in with a flat tire and received incredible service. Very impressed.
So twice now I have been into this pep boys store in Evansville. First time I had an appointment for getting a new battery and I stood at the counter and was the only one in store. There was 3-4 employees behind the counter and nobody even ever acknowledged I was there. So after about 15 mins, I walked out. The second time, and there will not be a third, was today. Gave a definite price and then wouldn't give keys back until my husband paid $10 more for an oil change. Not nice.
Great service and they provided us with a excellent product. We are very pleased from the time we walked through the door and our vehicle was ready.
So this post is long overdue but gotta give a big shout out to Shawn and the entire team at Evansville IN store. We blew a tire on boat trailer and although they didn't have in stock, they called around and found one. Plus helped us install and get the tread that was wrapped around the axle off. These guys are great! Thanks Shawn & Team!
