Very unhappy customer. I was at your store 2 times and you wouldn't stand behind the tires you sold me. Save your money and go somewhere else!
Never again. It's going on 3 hours after the appointment time we scheduled days in advance. When we arrived they told us they were running behind and it could be up to an hour. So far, no one has even looked at our car or given us an update on how long it will be. People who walked in after us have come and gone. Edited to add: I went to the counter to ask what the hold up was. The woman at the counter said that they had pulled someone else's car, who came after us. I got 2 tires on my car told them they are for the front they put them on the back not happy with it taking them 2 hrs and i was waiting and now they won't put them on the front
Fixing our RV tire even though they don't usually provide the service and we can't fit in their garage.
Rodney is the BEST....He did an AMAZING job...��
