They will take hours to change your tires even if you have appointment set up days in advance. They’ll also scratch your rims and tires like crazy and what is funny is when I was waiting in the lobby. Someone before me was also complaining about his rims being scratched like crazy. So it’s not only me. They’re scratching so many rims just in 1 day and I drive a 2021 vehicle which shouldn’t have any scratches at all so that’s great that I have to deal with this. Headquarters already been notified
I made an appointment for an oil change Saturday morning to drop off my fleet vehicle. I dropped it off a whole day early just to make sure the job was done by Sunday. I get there Sunday to pick up. Just to get told that they never did an oil change. I left my truck there for 2 and a half days. Just to get no work done on it. Oh and not to mention having to wait 15 minutes to talk to somebody each time I get there, cause everybody is playing around in the back lol this place is wack. hiring mechanics that know what they are doing and service mangers that don't try to up sell you
My scheduled appointment was at 9 am. As of 10:25 am my truck has not been touched. When I arrived at 8:57 am I was told there were no mechanics and one just showed up. This is the worse service I’ve ever received at any establishment.
Went in yesterday for an oil change that I made an appointment for and was turned away because they were "too busy". Was told to come back today, so I make another appointment and was told the same thing, and to try again tomorrow. The guy working told me they give walk-ins preference over appointments, which makes no sense at all. Gave up and went down the street to Jiffy Lube and was in and out within 15 minutes.
