Had an appointment at 5 for a oil change and tire rotation, at 6:30 they came out to tell me they didn't have any penzoil left and asked if they could substitute. Since when does a oil change take 2 hours??
Slow. I sat here for 3 hours and olny for an oil change. Dont think I'll be coming back again.
The best place for your auto parts, needs and reasonable price.
They will NOT try to charge you extra for some BS because you are a woman (or a man, go figure). They actually look to SAVE you money. The gentleman at the front gave me a coupon for a weekday oil change that I didn't know about. The technician in the back even fixed my windshield wiper fluid tube thing for free. They are polite, honest & efficient. I will only come to Pep Boys for oil changes from now on. Ya'll da bomb.
