go and get parts for my car today guy tellsme the numbers and goes they are over there I am like dumbfounded because auto zone go and get them for you and the workers seemed like the walking dead not wanting to be there
The entire experience was great! We were able to order our new tires online and set an appointment for the next day. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Pep Boys again for our car needs!
They didn't have the tire I requested and Reco have me an upgraded tire for the same Price
I will never get work done on my car here again! Apparently I ran something over on Sunday afternoon and I took it to get fixed. Told me that patch work was free to fix my tire. I call to get a update and they wanted to charge me $158.00 to fix my tire after saying that it would be free to fix. My mother in law called to help me out and when I went to get my car they were giving me and my husband a problem. Now this morning I go and check my car and I have 2 flat tires!!!! It took a while, but it was because of the issue with my vehicle, not slow or poor service. They are my car care service!!
Went in to get my tires balanced for $60 told the lady helping me they were 33x12.50x15 (which they sell) left for a call 20 minutes later saying they are too big to balance.
