All I needed to do was replace a headlight and they said it was going to cost me 65 bucks and it was going to take an entire afternoon. Explain to me...how? I've had headlights fixed before and it only cost me 20 bucks and took 20 mins to fix. Absolutely absurd. I took my keys back because there was no way I was going to spend that amount of money on such a simple procedure. Never again.
Do you really only have one cashier who also runs the parts department in the back???!?!?!! Dumb!
I dropped my car off at 8:30am for a service inspection, it is now 6:00pm, I just got my car back. Service is really poor. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! ! ! !
Gave them a second chance, after a mishap with my tires so I scheduled 1130 drop off - inspection and oil change. It's now5:50pm and I'm writing this in the waiting room. Reward points or not don't think I'm coming back
