Horrendous customer service (specifically from the manager Eddie). Ordered two tires and scheduled an appointment online earlier this week. Was repeatedly dismissed by Eddie just to be told that the tires I had ordered weren't at this location, nor at neighboring Pep Boys. Had to follow up with Eddie three times over the course of an hour and a half for him to make one phone call to confirm this. Will be requesting a refund rather than returning to have my car serviced.

We came in for an inspection, and you all tried to claim there was a brake problem. Turns out, when we took the car in to our dealer, there was no problem (but you did give us our sticker). You also stole some parts off of our car..didn't put all the parts back on when you put the tires back on. Attempting to scam people...shame on you.

Mi had history with, since 2005 of Inspections done, oil change, engine flush and todeh tires balanced n Aligned..... love this location vehicle service n their customer service💞 My Suzuki XL7 ... had fir 8yrs My 2010 Nissan Max .... had for 41/2 yrs My 2016 Acura MDX .... have for 2yrs
Waiting 3 hours for a tire change, they told me a half hour to an hour, this place is a joke , go anywhere else but here
Parts and service. Just like anything else, Doctors appt. dinner reservations, there is always a chance of delay. Be patient be courteous. They don't plan on wasting your time. I work there on Saturday and I still have to make an appointment. They are prompt and courteous to the best of any situation. And have taken my car there even on my days off for repairs.
Don at Pep Boys on Christopher Columbus Boulevard was so so awesome!! I have an older car that needed inspection, ended up needing a few other things done. Didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary. My go-to car guy recently retired. I will definitely be coming here from now on!!
