Had 4 brand new tired installed (Yukon Denali) they went 2 hours over the scheduled time of completion, only to tell me that all 4, yes 4 of my TPMS sensors were already broken when I brought my truck in. Crazy part is they were all reading adequate pressure when I dropped my vehicle off. They offered to replace them for me for an additional $400 dollars. Terrible experience there today! Diagnosed the car completely wrong! Didn't even have the obvious problems on the bid that I informed them of! The "master mechanic" is only a master of ripping you off!! Not knowledgeable at all...great at fixing EVERYTHING wrong with your car!! A $2800 bid for an $800 fix after I got a second opinion!! Not happy. Horribly long wait for nothing. And I feel very cheated...will never go back or refer them to anybody!
I was told they had my tires in stock and they didn't have them. So when I came back the next day I waited 2 1/2 to get them installed. I used to work at Tires Plus and we could do a set of 4 in 30 minutes when not busy as the case that day. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation a couple months later and waited 1 hour with nobody else in the service bay. If I could give 0 stars I would.
