well after having a good experience a few years ago I'm back to complain. WELL, where do I start...today I was to have wheels and tires mounted and balanced per an appointment. I was bringing in my own wheels and had the tires shipped to the store on 4/12.So we wait. They come out and state that the lug nuts do not fit into the new wheel. I leave. I drove 24 miles there and 24 back from St. Paul. Once home I decided to check the lugs. The lugs dropped right in. Great people and great service. They do great work at a reasonable price and I’ve come to count on these professionals to keep my car safe and reliable.
went to have my front brakes fixed. rotors, pads, and calipers all under warranty, parts came to 4.98. labor came to 419.61 . that's ridiculous . not going to go there again way over priced if the parts weren't under warranty the brake job would have been over 800 dollars.
1 month ago my husband had a battery installed at the Coon Rapids, MN location. One of their service techs was wearing headphones and backed up our vehicle into a pallet jack. Our vehicle has a back up camer AND beeps VERY loud. We have $3000 of damage. My husband has contacted the store three times now with NO RETURN RESPONSE.
