I made a appointment a week in advance, show up and they tell me they don't have my battery but say I can wait another 90 mins plus install time and I'll have one! NOPE! Asked for a discount on the battery and was denied..... yup..... SHOVE IT PEP BOYS!
I would rate this place less if I could!! I brought a wheel hub in to have the bearing pressed and 5.5 hours later I am STILL waiting. I have had to replace excess parts because the tech forgot to take the snap ring out before pressing it!! Not only that they left the part in the vice instead of telling me that I would need to replace the part. So I wasted 3 hours waiting when finally asking how much longer the tech says well I can't do any more work without the snap ring. B.S. If you needed a new snap ring i should have bee... read more
Worse store ever for tires 2 weeks of farting around. 19 hrs. to get 3 mounted. and 2 weeks to get 4th tire. WILL never go there again.
