Worst experience ever at this location. Had to wait an hour to get a battery change. They had to ring the battery up twice because they did it wrong the first time. Tried to over charged me when it was rang up through the service dept. Original purchase is still on card because I was told it would take 48 hours for it to void. All for their mistake. Avoid this location if at all possible.
These people can't even set up an appointment on two separate occasions. 100% incompetent !!!!!!! Don't waste your time!!
Over 2 hours to do a simple oil change!!! That's ridiculous!!!!!!!!
These guys are SO AWESOME!!!! Thank you and God Bless you!!! We are from Wisconsin heading home and had a flat tire on our 5th wheel camper on I-75 one mile from their exit. They worked us in when we were able to get here on this busy Sunday afternoon and are putting a new tire on for us!!! You guys are THE BEST!!!!
We got a flat tire today, and my mom and I (as well as the nice young man who tried to help us) couldnt change it because the lugs were on too tight. Cindy at Pep Boys put on our spare for us at no cost! We greatly appreciate it and will be back when we can buy new tires!
Thank you for reminding me why I haven't been here in 8 years. You overcharge, under explain, and don't care. If you feel like throwing your money away, this is the place for you!!!
8am appt for tire balance....10:06 and Im still here....service sucks....car driving up and leaving before me...NEVER WILL GET ANYMORE OF MY MONEY.....
