completely incompetent! I've been waiting for a refund on returned parts for six months. I've ask multiple times and was told "don't worry we'll get it fixed". Now the store manager has given me a phone number and told me to call the corporate office. After being on hold for over 40 minutes an operator picks up and says "you have called the wrong line, I'll transfer you". I was transferred to a voicemail that couldn't receive a message. I am now wondering if I'll ever get my money back. Lesson learned!
Had an excellent experience last week. Josh was extremely helpful and courteous and helped me get in and out fast. Joseph is very professional and helpful. Will definitely return in the future !

The manager, Joe, is always friendly and helpful. They are great for maintaining your car: oil changes, checking gaskets, tires, etc. Last night, Joe stayed late-after his hours- and finished up our car. I recommend them
Appointment at 2:00 for alignment. It’s 3:05 and car is still not taken back. We were here on time & checked in. 😠 Ridiculous.
The helpful lady told me my tire would have to be replaced and reminded me that I may have a warranty on my tires but unfortunately I didn’t get them there. I appreciated that instead of being charged $227 for a new tire. Thank you.
I have been going to Pep Boys in Gainesville for several years and I trust them with all of my vehicles. They are friendly and do a great job every time.
The service writer was very nice & friendly, however he spoke with forked toung. I could have gone to Goodyear or pepboys, I chose pepboys thinking it would belike the one in Brandon.He said about an hour an a haft so we went and had supper. When we returned there was only one person working in a 10 bay area. After the tire was mounted it sat for another 20 minutes to do a 2 minute balance. It took 2 hoursto mount and balance one tire.
