Today My administrator took my Audi there to have two new tires put on that they had in advanced. She called ahead before she came in. They are doing nothing else and she has been waiting over 2.5 hours and no one will talk to her and they have me on hold. The customer service here is awful. I would recommend people stay far away from this place

The mechanics will try to inform you of the truth and how much the cost will be. They do not like working with certain warranty companies so be prepared to pay all of the bills out of pocket if the warranty company does not want to. But they are good.
