They had my car from 8 am yesterday until 5pm. No phone call. They told me it would be done at 4pm. It was never looked at. I went up there to find out and it was just sitting there. Not the first time. If I get a ticket for no inspection...I am sending it to the Corp. Office. Filing a complaint today.
Horrible I waited two hours for an oil change and a change of a light bulb. Then when I asked why I was waiting so long there wasn't an answer given and just an I'm sorry.
We were almost 800 miles away from home and we're having trouble with our car, and had already been turned away for another pep boys and several other places because it was Sunday and were too busy. They fit us in within 3 hours and had us on the road. They saved our vacation from being ruined by being stranded till Monday! Would recommend to anyone!
