If you want your car worked on you have to get here early. I haven't had any problems with this location or the staff. I know how it is working with the public and how some customers are.
Horrible customer service!
Dont know why i come every year for my inspection i hate comming here it takes them for ever they are so slow and people are standing around doing nothing just bssing instead of working i have already been here for an 1 and still my car has not moved from where i parked it... I seriously have to look for a new place for all my cars i really dont think that pepboys care since they are standing around and eating chips and junk food instead of fixing cars i think they need new management it never takes this Long for an inspecti... read more
Employees look unhappy and more interested in their personal conversation than helping customers. The last time I came, an employee complained because I asked for a refund after he pulled the cash drawer.
