Don't bother making an appointment. They won't take your car back for an hour after your appointment time and they will give you an attitude when asking why they don't take you at your appointment time.
I received a Pep Boys coupon in the mail for a $45 synthetic oil change after returning from getting a synthetic oil change at the Berlin store, which honored my dealership's coupon for $60 (plus an additional $5 for a fifth quart of oil). Although I expected to get $20 credited, Pep Boys' policy is NOT to honor a second coupon after accepting a first -- even if it's their own coupon on the same day. Maybe half a star made appointment for 12 noon still here 4 hours maybe 2 and a half before they even looked at my car never will come here or recommend this place again
