RecommendedI would like to give a shout out to Sharon and Chris from the service department for taking care of my daughters car. Sharon and Chris have great customer service. I’ve had great experiences when I’ve dealt with these two for even my own vehicle.
Excellent Service! I called them from another location 30 minutes away that couldn't guarantee service for my tire with a nail and an active leak. Sharon and Christopher didn't hesitate to tell me to come here even though it was the end of the day! Thanks again!

I have been servicing my cars with Pepboys for many years but when I moved to Sicklerville NJ I started using their location in Berlin that’s when I meet Chris the service manager. From day one he made me feel like home every single time I bring in a car for service and him and his team are truly amazing!!! I will never go anywhere else as long as Chris is a that location!! So to anyone close to the pepboys location in Berlin, I highly recommend them for your car service !!

I had a horrible experience at the Berlin store. I only wanted someone to check my oil, because my light came on. They did a complete oil change & other services without my consent. My bill was over $117. When i asked how my oil level was, he said fine & did the unnecessary service anyway. WTH????? Stay away!!
A friend just called. She called Berlin PepBoys to check her check oil light. It had just come on and she didn’t want to drive home if it low. She asked to check oil and let her know so she could decide what to do. After an hour of not hearing anything she inquired. The oil level was fine and gave her a $120 bill. They did a complete oil change and filter without consent. Be careful with them doing unnecessary things!
