I made an appointment for 11 a.m. for an oil change. After waiting 90 minutes I found out that they hadn’t even started working on my car cause they were short-handed. The lady then says “didn’t the guy tell you when you checked in that there was a couple hour wait.” No he hadn’t and two that’s why I made an appointment. Waste of my time. Do not go to this Pep Boys.
That were my first time there for service, I thank because you a lady they take the advantage off you when it come to parts that needed on your vehicle, I'm praying that I made a good choice.
Worst experience at a shop ever! Not only did they not do the one simple thing that i asked them to, they performed tests i specifically told them not to and then tried selling me things i didnt need. When i attempted to talk to the tech he ignored me and proceeded to talk to the service writer right in front of me. As a licensed and experienced mechanic i was completely appalled at there disrespect and crappy service. Its places like this that give mechanics a bad name. Never go here!

One star is absolutely pushing it for this place. After getting my car to them on a spare tire that will hardly get my car around, they tell me they will not give me a new tire and less I replace all four. my other tires were in perfectly good condition and there is no reason for this. What an absolute scam. Trust me, take your car elsewhere
I had a reservation and still had to wait 2hrs for an oil change!
1 star is to much. Called for a part and was told it was in stock and they there were closing at 8pm. Figure my surprise when I arrived at 7:55 and the door was locked. After getting someone's attention I was told that they could not help me because the manager had already closed the register also I was told if I came back in the morning I could get a discount but when I told them I would give them cash now for even more than it was worth I was told they didn't have it.
