Went in this morning on a 911 mission to replace a failed battery hands full w/ my 2 month old daughter. Was helped by a young man who found it, rang it & carried it for me. Didn't catch your name, but you know who you are. You can drop the top and babysit ANYTIME.
My car needed repaired and the guys here at this store we're very compassionate to my situation and very helpful I know that God is going to bless each and everyone at this store because I know that he has blessed me with putting us in each other's path. Thank you to all the mechanics and staff who helped me with my vehicle.
Just a follow up to our Pep Boys saga - Even though they charged me for work not performed, parts not replaced, lied to my wife about talking to me, complaint filed with BAR ... and the list goes on ... I have yet to be contacted by them - EVER! Every contact was instigated by me. You might want to thank about that before taking your car to them.
