COMPLETE FRAUD! They tried to charge me over $8K when all I wanted was new tires & my AC fixed!! Then wouldn’t give me my car back! Next day I took it to the dealer and they are charging me $2500 for the ACTUAL LEGIT work it needs! What a scam! Unbelievable !!
Javier didn't read my early-bird drop-off envelope completely, so didn't write up my oil change, only repaired a tire leak. When I showed up at 3pm to pick up the car they said was ready, I pointed out the error and they said it would take another 1.5 hours because I had to wait in line (it had been there since I dropped it off at 5am)! Brigitte conveniently threw my original order envelope in a locked shredder bin so I could not prove I had requested the oil change. Very arrogant, no customer service, will never return. Starter went out! Home is 1000 miles away... It's Sunday and fathers day everything is closed... Basically screwed and stuck... Not if Pep boys have anything to say about it! These guys fixed us right up and were back on the road! Thank you!

I went for an oil change and they were very nice and prompt. I also enjoyed exploring the 50% off table. There is also a customer service waiting area with chairs and a TV available.
I've been going here for years. Most recent trip was my battery that died under warranty. They replaced it for free, no hassle.
Here’s a shout out to Pep Boys in Culver City, CA. After 15 years it’s time to replace the crusty, icky yellow, pathetic hubcaps on my vintage Saturn sedan. The very kind service manager follows me to my car and declares that my lug nuts are sticking out. Nothing personal ☺. But they don’t have hubcaps for my old car and he sends me to O’Reilly Auto Parts where another nice guy sells me very concave shaped hubcaps that COVER the sticky-outy lug nuts. Great service have to commend Abraham on his great service. Everyone was great and it was quick.
Heeeeeyyyyyyyy, we need to talk about your "service team" putting 10.5 quarts of oil in a 6 quart oil pan. Call me immediately, spoke with Greg. Not sure which message will reach you faster. But you need to fix this and train your people better or do I need to train your staff on watch a complete seal blow and seize looks like. I'm waiting.
